How to Measure

When placing an order it is important to have the correct length and width of the feet. It is necessary to measure both feet as sometimes one foot is a bit longer than the other.

It is advised to stand when sizing the feet, this is done on a plain sheet of paper and an accurate outline of the feet is drawn. Then take a tape measure (metric preferred) and give us the length from the tip of the longest toe (not necessarily the big toe) to the end of the heel. Then, to determine the width measure the widest distance of the foot,  normally that’s across from the last joints of the big and the small toes. Now you're ready to order...

1. Choose your shoe style by browsing on-line catalogues (see our shoes page ) or visiting our store  to see what we have in stock and look through our many catalogues.

2. Place your order by:

• Using our on-line form  OR
• E-mail  your order with brand name, article name, article  number size and quantity. e.g  Birkenstock – Gizeh – 0 43 46 3 (38) 1 pair OR
• Calling in your order to us at 501-822-0727 OR
• Visit our store  to buy an in-stock item or place an order

NOTE:
At the moment we do not accept international orders unless the customer is willing to carry the freight charges outside of the mainland Belize. In this case, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer as well.

How long does delivery take?

As long as the model is in stock, by postal service it takes approximately 3-4 working days to be delivered within the country. Special orders take longer -please contact us for an estimate.

Returns

If you are not pleased with your order, it can be returned and a replacement will be given. The returns should be in it’s original carton without any markings on the soles or footbed. Returns should be made within 30 days of purchase. If the return is due to a manufactures defect then the freight charges will be carried by us.
